Step 1: Sign Up / Login
Click the “My Account” link at the top right of your screen. If you don’t have an existing account, you can sign up here. Otherwise, log into your account with your username / email address and password.

Step 2: Adding your item to your cart
If the item you are purchasing comes in different sizes or colours, please select your preferred colour / size. You can also increase or decrease the quantity purchased by clicking the up and down arrow. Lastly, click the “Add to Cart” button.

Step 3: Checkout
Once you’ve added all the items you wished to purchase, you can checkout. Click “Checkout” at the top, right hand corner of your screen, or “View Cart” to double check your order, and checkout

Step 4: Fill in your details
Fill up the form. If your shipping and billing address is the same, uncheck the “Ship to a different address?” box. You will only be required to fill in the billing details in this case. Add any special remarks on your order in the box provided, if applicable. If you have a coupon, you can click on the “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code” link to apply your coupon.

Step 5: Make your payment
Scroll down the page. Please select your shipping method. To learn more about shipping, please click here. Scroll down further, to select your payment method. To learn more about payment, please click here. Click “Place order” to confirm and submit your order.

Step 5A: If “Direct Bank Transfer” payment method is selected
You will receive an email confirmation of your order, which includes our bank accounts.

1)Please transfer the total amount of your order into any one of our bank accounts. We allow manual bank transfers, online bank transfers, interbank GIRO transfers, and cash deposits into our account. Should the amount banked in be more than the total of the order, we will return the balance in the parcel
2) Email the receipt / proof of payment to [email protected]. Please state your Order Number in the email

Step 6: Wait for your parcel to arrive!
That’s all you need to do! We will process your order. Once the order has been packed, you will receive a notification email of the tracking number of your parcel, and an email confirmation that your order has been received. For more information on shipping and delivery, please click here.
